HOW WE MAKE REMODELING ENJOYABLE
STEP 1 - LISTENING
It all starts with a conversation. During our one-on-one (or two) consultation (in our showroom), we will set goals and expectations based on your unique situation. Listening carefully to your needs, an estimated budget will be set which will include your thoughts and any inspirational ideas you may have. We will also start selecting a cabinet line, door style, and cabinet finishes. After this, we are ready for the next phase.
STEP 2 – DESIGNING
Then, we will visit your home, take measurements of the space, and note any other aspect that influences the design. Your thoughts will be turned into design options, specifications, and final budget. You will receive 3D illustrations of your project with the products and materials selected. With selections complete, you will have the final budget for your project along with a detailed timeline. At Elite Home Services, we want you to understand and visualize what the final remodeled room will look like.
STEP 3 – ORDER & DELIVERY
After finishing up the details of your kitchen or bathroom, the cabinets are ordered. While the cabinets arrive, we get everything else ordered to ensure all items are here before we start the project. This avoids any costly delays due to back orders or discontinued appliances or fixtures. We take care of arrival dates and processing the delivery of the cabinets.
STEP 4 - BUILDING
Before any construction begins, there will be a pre-construction meeting between the homeowner, designer, and project manager to make sure every detail is reviewed. From there forward your dedicated project manager will be your primary point of contact. You can expect weekly meetings as well as ongoing communication to ensure your project runs smoothly. At the completion of your project, your project manager will conduct a final walk-through and complete any open items to make sure you’re happy.
STEP 5 – WARRANTY
Elite Home Services will provide you with a 2-year warranty. We know it isn’t common, it’s just the way we care. We also have a handyman services and home repair division as a service to our past clients. Make sure your next remodeling project is an enjoyable one with Elite Home Services.
